New Metroid?

Well no that's not entirely true..

Oh Nintendo why do you tease us? The official Metroidsite has mentioned another side story, for the metroid franchise. Underneath the english text is the following:"Follow the history of Metroid Prime from the perspective of the Space Pirates".

 Okay so we already knew Nintendo is planning to relase Prime 1 & 2 with a new style of playing, but this has never been mentioned before. Maybe it's a new metroid game where you are the enemy! Or maybe it's just some sort of retrospective or comic.

Whatever it is, it's certainly turned a few heads and raised a few eyebrows.
